These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anna Wang Stylist website and your engagement of our wedding and event styling, planning and floral design services. By contacting us, booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Anna Wang Stylist provides bespoke wedding and event styling, planning and floral design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for your event will be set out in a separate proposal, quote or service agreement provided to you in writing.
2. Quotes and pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change if your requirements change, if supplier costs vary, or if the event date is rescheduled. We will always seek your approval before incurring any additional cost.
3. Bookings and deposits
To secure your date, a booking deposit is required as set out in your proposal. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The deposit is generally non-refundable, as it secures our time and availability for your event. The balance and any staged payments will be detailed in your service agreement.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to your event date and the work already undertaken. Where an event is rescheduled, we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
5. Supplier coordination
Where we engage third-party suppliers (florists, hire companies, venues and others) on your behalf, their own terms and conditions may apply. We coordinate these suppliers as your agent and are not liable for their acts or omissions, though we will always work to resolve issues on your behalf.
6. Images and portfolio
Unless you advise us otherwise in writing, Anna Wang Stylist may photograph events we style and use those images in our portfolio, website and social media. If you prefer your event not to be featured, please let us know and we will respect your wishes.
7. Website use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content — including text, images, designs and logos — is owned by Anna Wang Stylist or our clients and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anna Wang Stylist’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control, including the conduct of third-party suppliers, venue conditions or weather.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
